Any other systems or departments other then AWIN use P25 Digital systems in Arkansas?

According to the Arkansas Trunked page, http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?tab=trs&stid=5&sort=type, Nope. I'm surprised that the military bases haven't gone digital/encrypted.
There may be some 3 letter agencies that are digital conventional, but are rarely noticed because of the rarity of comms.

Conway Police is Digital and Encrypted

That's it. Everything else on their system is in the clear.

Any ideas if any conventional channels are using digital around the state?

This county has been confirmed for its use of P-25 VHF use in Arkansas. Quachita County sheriff's department. http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=159 If anyone knows of any other agencies in Arkansas that might be using this type of communication please post it here on this thread.

To my knowledge they are not using P25 on any of their VHF bands. They have encryption but that is separate from P25. They do have AWIN radios that they use which is P25.
