Dubois County is soon to be updating their radio systems to a simulcast paging system, which is good thing for VFS, EMS.
The article in the local paper mentioned Digital Sky, can anyone comment on what digital sky is?
I searched and know of Open Sky, NXDN, but have not found any information on Digital Sky. The only information I have received is the VFD and EMS will also have "pages" sent to their cell phones. This possibly being the digital sky?
Any information or comments would be greatly appreciated, as many members on here are much more informed than I.
The county intends on improving coverage for LEO, EMS, and highway workers.
The county currently uses a little of NXDN
