Ive been looking into digital scanners but i dont wanna spend alot of money. Is there any less expensive digital scanners. the cheapest i seen since i only looked at one was $499.99 at Radio Shack. Need some feed back

Nope. Not unless you can get lucky on ebay or can get one from an individual. But as far as a brand new one for under 499.99 you probably won't have much luck.

Too bad you missed the $399.99 sale in December and the $349.99 Turkey Day special. Both were for the PRO-96 (the $499.99 one).

Eventually they will come down in price look at the trunk tracker scanners they were expensive when they first came out but like corn said ebay may be your best bet unless you can hold out for awhile.

Have you tried looking at website in the .au, .ca, .hk or any other country
where the exchange rate will favor you. I've bought a few things off the .ca ebay from a japenese whole dealer.
