Interesting, but not surprising; anyone who ever was employed by a govt agency is familiar with type of stuff. It might get more interesting if the dispatcher is the same one they just fired--

You gotta wonder about anyplace you work--when the chief expects to have his guys rat out themselves when they feel they are having trouble holding their beer!
