Is the new software for home patrol 1 worth a hundred dollars?

There is no new discovery software for the HP-1. The Extreme Upgrade that was released about 3 years ago is still available for $100. To some (including myself) it's worth every penny of the cost. Others have no use for it at all.

It is worth the money if you are going to need or use the extra options.

Personally, I enjoy having the Discovery modes. I search all the time for new things.
