What is CC DUMP

The scanner converts the raw waveform into a stream of short messages. The messages are 27 bits for Motorola, 28 bits for EDACS (sent in pairs), 40 bits for LTR, and a whopping 80 bits for P25. These messages are formatted as text and sent over the serial or USB cable to your computer for further interpretation.
