Just received the BC296D that I ordered from Dispatch2323. I was hesitant, as he was selling on eBay and only had one feedback as a buyer. I shouldn't have worried. He was prompt with delivery, the scanner was everything he said it was, and he kept in touch by letting me know when he received payment and was sending it out. Would definitely deal with him again.
