Nathan,
My ambulance Captain asked me a question the other day, and I surprisingly didn't have an answer for him. Is there a group of agency in MD that oversee's all of the Communication Centers and EOC's? I figure if there's a place to start with that question, you might be able to answer or point me in the right direction.

YES

Emergency Numbers Board of Maryland they are in Owings Mills I do not have a TP # for them. I know they help with guidelines for 911 Centers that is as far as I can go. That or you can go directly to the County Council Members if there is a Big Problem they would have the ultimate say I guess.
