When on a digital system should it not display DG instead of VC on the frequency line?I am sure I had it displaying DG at one time or another.

That is correct it should show DG, However, it was a mistake in the lastest software download from GRE...VC should only appear on Analog Voice Channels and DG on Digital Voice Channels, However since GRE forgot that in the last update, it will show VG on all of it UNTIL the next software upgrade.. So at this time, VG is normal, GRE is aware of it, It will be fixed soon...

they should make is simple AC for analog channel and DC for digital channel... or AG analog group and DG for digital group.

but as the previous poster said in the latest update it shows VC for all channels.. and it did prior show VC & DG
