.dll problem

When I attempt to open a program i get three error messages.Component Failure: Component scrrun.dll has failed to start, qedit.dll has failed to start andMSDXM.ocx has failed to start. Is this a problem that I can repair myself without purchasing special software.
My laptop is a HP G-71 with Windows 7 operating system.

Try reinstalling the software. It may be that these drivers are either not registered or they don't exist in the System32 folder under Windows.

scrrun.dll - What is scrrun.dll?

You can try Ccleaner.

You can try running Everything Search Engine and search for the drivers in question. If they don't exist then they need to be placed in the System32 folder and probably registered.
