DMACC is listed as a user on ICICS: Iowa Statewide Interoperability Communications System (ISICS) So there is at least some primary source verification of that. Now for someone to do some chasing down of talkgroups.
There are about 30 unidentified talkgroups being picked up by people feeding the system in the last 24 hours: Talkgroups Seen on System: Iowa Statewide Interoperable Communications System (ISICS) Might be worth listening to those to see if you can pick out if any of them are the college.

OK, DMACC finally has a TG. My question is will I be fine to just add the talk group number to my favorites list with my local tower sites or do I need to add all of the tower sites along the way from Polk county to Carroll county? DMACC does have a security guard at the Carroll location and claims that he can talk to the Ankeny campus with his portable.
