I found a channel working in DMR Cap+
Should then DSDPlus fastlane decode voice? Or Cap+ is only data?
What does ARS Tgt 100 mean?
Is there some special setting in DSDplus for better decoding?

Yes it will definitely work just fine with Capacity+ assuming you have things configured properly (frequencies file populated properly etc).

ARS is Automatic Registration Service. ARS Tgt 100 means that radio 100 has registered with the system.

Not sure what you mean by special settings.... there are many settings and configuration options that need to be properly configured to get things working. Make sure to read thru the notes file that comes with the package and search the forum here. I can guarantee many of your questions will be answered, especially about Capacity+.
