DMR color codes

What program or equip is used to determine the color code on a DMR system? I know that Hams use Mostly CC1 but commercial systems seems to be all over the ball park. With the recent scanner upgrades, do they display the CC being sent or used, lkike somer scanners display a sub tone automatically. I always like the Radio Shack 2067 scanner that displayed a ctcss instantly rather than the scanner going through a search mode while the frequency was displayed.

My TRX-1 and TRX-2 if you you program a DMR and use 0 or any it will display the CC

What program or equip is used to determine the color code on a DMR system?

The RSS (Radio Service Software) has a setting where the radio administrator that is programming the system chooses a Color Code from 0-15 that isn't being used on the same frequency by another DMR user within range of his station.
