DMR conventional trunked but only one site

I came across a conventional DMR frequency the other day and it has 4 talkgroups on it from what I can tell. It would otherwise fit the description of "DMR conventional networked", but it's just a single site system and doesn't network to any others. I'm wondering if I should still submit it as a trunked system or if I should just submit it as a set of frequencies with each talkgroup as its own entry.

Are the talkgroups strapped to particular slots, or are they each using both slots? How is the repeater licensed, as conventional or trunked? Public safety or business?

They can use either slot, it's only licensed as conventional and it's a business repeater.

The reason I'd want to submit it as a system is because they all use the same frequency and sitting through 3 instances of "wrong TG" would take up a bunch of extra time, just like when you have the same frequency but different PL tones.

From what little i know if its 1 frequency, and the TG can use either slot, its considered trunking, or single frequency trunking since it can use either time slot. I now Motorola cap plus can do this. Im pretty sure Hytera had pseudo trunking as well.
If its 1 frequency and each TG is assigned a slot then its conventional.
