DSDPlus DMR Emergency Private Call?

I am seeing a lot of "Emerg Private call" and "Emerg OVCM Private call" messages spewing out of a DMR system that I am monitoring. Anyone have any idea
of what this means exactly? A radio with a stuck Emergency Button?

Sounds like a Motorola system where the Moto boys have decided to come up with new/nonstandard meanings for service options bits.

These messages started in the past couple of weeks and were popping up a couple of times a minute earlier today and always carry the
same identical Tgt. and Src. values, none matching any of the other groups or radios in the fleet.

MotoTRBO icalls , private calling between 2 radios , well that’s at least what the users think

There's only one RID showing up and no sign of any AMBE. So, I don't believe it's a private calling between two radios and the DSD event windows reports Emerg Private Call. I'll address this to the DSDPlus support and development team as I am running on a beta release that was provide to me for test as a result of a frequent crash when monitoring this particular system. I am starting to think this was the message that was triggering the crash as it didn't show up prior to loading the test software.

I noticed this yesterday on one of our local school bus systems. There wasn't a private call happening and no emergency.

I posted about the same thing here. I have been seeing it on channels that carry no activity when tuned into manually (said channels are also not licensed

I have seen the above when a radio a friend mine has, transmits in AES256 mode. We were wondering if the AES is no-compliant with the DMR standard or maybe a DSD+ bug? I could make a raw recording if someone wants to look at it.
