Sitting on a local trunked business system here (Carolina Connect) and I saw this go over. I was wondering if anyone knew what this would be for or even what it could entail? I'm not sure what "OVCM" is either.

The emergency part shows that someone initiated an emergency. In this case it seems the radio also initiated a call after the emergency using OVCM, Open Voice Channel Mode; Further detail in the link below.

or it is a brief hiccup that caused DSDPlus to miss a bit or two which returned weird results. Look at the Target and Source. Those IDs are likely way out of whack for the normal groups and users on the system. You can see lots of that with weaker signals, interference on the frequency, or SDR interference from outside sources.

Agreed. Either a bad decode or DSD+ doesn't know how to properly decode what the system was broadcasting.

The tool for cracking AES256 is to get a job with that agency/company/whatever and get a radio a radio issued to you.

this question is excruciating - there are no groups dedicated to encryption cracking - it is a FELONY, sorry but no one in their right mind would assist in anything related to this
