Been hearing a lot of traffic lately in Raleigh on the following frequency:

453.1875 Slot 1 and 2 CC 7 TG 1000, 1002, 1004 Licensed to State of NC with an address at Dept of Revenue, all traffic is either a very low grade encryption or voice inversion (I'm thinking the latter).
