BCD436HP/BCD536HP: DMR-MARC programming

How do i program the talkgroups for the DMR-MARC system? Do i enter as a One frequency system and use sites to store repeater frequencies? And the TG's use slots for different things so do I put the same TG twice with both TS occupied?

I program the local affiliate system here in the tri-state area as an OFT. Each of the repeaters is a single-site with the proper color code assigned, and then I created a single department called 'DMR-MARC'. My talkgroup configuration is shown below:
