DMR/ProVoice licenses... Transferable?

I'm contemplating selling all my Uniden scanners:
BCD536HP
BCD996P2

Both have DMR and ProVoice upgrades.
Can I transfer these licenses to a new owner?

If the feature has been purchased and the keys have been entered into each scanner, there is actually no way for you to remove those keys. They will still be there when you sell them, and the new owner can still enjoy the benefits of the purchased features.

now if the new owner wants to register with MyUniden, lets say if a new feature is out and requires purchase, would he/she be able to?
