Total shot in the dark but perhaps WQBS679? It's a trunked system in Erie County with DMR emissions not reported to the DB. Try plugging the other "location 1" frequencies & see if you see the same or similar talkgroups. Take note of the active frequencies (not all may be active) and don't forget to run LCN finder if your scanner has it to properly map out the trunked system frequency IDs. Licensee appears to be a vendor who leases radios & their repeaters to 3rd party users so you may or may not be able to figure out specifics on who uses what talkgroup. It makes for some pretty good radio detective work though

It was in the latest few repeater maps, I'm assuming it recently went online, hence why your getting activity on it now
