Have you purchased and installed optional DMR upgrade? If so, post a link from RR to the system you are trying to monitor.

Seems like something that would be in RR database, but I don’t see it listed by that name. Are you attempting to enter information yourself in Sentinel, or copying from RR database to a favorite?
if copying from database, do you have necessary service type(s) enabled?
EDIT: I see it listed under Megahertz in the database. Did you copy that to a favorites list?

There is a Megahertz Technology business listed in the database for Dallas TX.

You're probably too far out of range to hear the Megahertz system. (This is the system R0am3r mentioned.)
Look at the coverage map:
The closest the map comes to you in Canton is a line roughly between Terrell & Kaufman. Your location, in Canton, is east of that line, roughly between the coverage area & Tyler. CareFlite uses the Megahertz system for their medical helicopters in North Texas. As was already asked & answered in the Texas forum, CareFlite's ground ambulances in Kaufman County can use talkgroups on both TxWARN P25, as well as Kaufman's P25 system.
