Here in Louisville I'm picking up a Tir 3 system on 462.0875 has radios constantly talking but on a different frequency. it is a tir 3 mot system site s1-1 is what dsd shows any ideas

It looks like 464.7875 Is a Talk CH on this system hearing lots of traffic unable to tell what it is though sounds like some kind of mfg operation
Found it this is the UPS second ups Facility that is on outer loop not the world port WQGQ894
