SDS100/SDS200: DMR Upgrade

I have paid and received the DMR,NXDN and PROVOICE upgrades. Are these already in the SDS100 and just needed the upgrade key or does the key download them

Basically, you enter the provided activation key/code directly into the scanner ((Settings>Upgrade...) using the keyboard on the SDS100. No downloads needed.

Be certain the firmware on your SDS100 is up to date.... the firmware contains the upgrades, and entering the digital keys into the scanner through the scanner's on-screen menu will unlock those upgrades.
