So we've had known traffic on USPS (at distribution centers) and I've seen reports of VA hospitals using it. (Our VA hospitals use IDAS.) I've seen FBI RIDs using DMR as possibly a test channel. And I'm pretty sure there's another agency using it in this area, but since it's encrypted simplex traffic, that agency/user is still to be determined.

Does anyone know of any other federal agencies using DMR?

Federal Reserve, reports of EPA, even the TSA tried DMR for a test at one location. It's always a possibly that federal facilities using a contract security group might be on DMR. And some agencies that don't necessarily need P-25 radios might buy DMR for in-house use.

Any federal agency certainly can go out and buy some DMR radios. As to using DMR agency-wide, USPS and VA seem to be the top possibilities...
