At one time DNR Talk Groups 1 thru 4 had 2 Talk Groups for Upper Pennisula use (dispatch and LEIN) and 2 Talk Groups for Lower Pennisula use (dispatch and LEIN) RR does not specify this usage. Does anyone have this usage?

Thanks
Dennis

I don't recall them ever having any talkgroups they called LEIN, but the five RAP (Report All Poaching) talkgroups are used for the same purpose, all statewide:

1108 RAP 1
1109 RAP 2
1110 RAP 3
1251 RAP 4
1252 RAP 5

Each district has its own dispatch:

(The District 1 and 2 dispatch talkgroups are missing from the database)
6017 District 3 Dispatch
6018 District 4 Dispatch
5010 District 5 Dispatch
4017 District 6 Dispatch
4018 District 7 Dispatch
2093 District 8 Dispatch
1112 District 9 Dispatch

Here's a map of the districts:

Since this post came out, I removed the avoids and lockouts on two tg's 6017 & 6018. I can now confirm that 6017 is District 1 Dispatch. Actually heard the Dispatch say "DNR District 1 Dispatch" last week. Radio ID's heard on this talk group were Menominee, Dickinson, Marquette, Iron & Ontonagon Counties. Have not heard much of anything on 6018.

RAP2 is used for LEIN file checks. This tg becomes very active during deer firearm season. RAP4 is used for Conservation Officers checking in and out of service. Never heard anything on RAP1 or RAP3

I can confirm what marcp90 said about RAP2 and RAP4. I also have never heard anything on RAP1, RAP3, or RAP5; and I have had them programmed since I got my first digital scanner 10 years ago.
