I had some time to go thru and associate 16464 with RID's which primarily fall in the 13xxx range for DNR. I then compared RID's to the Kent DSP Dispatch RID log and found a ton of 13xxx including many that don't associate with 16464.

My theory is K-DSP took over dispatch for DNR Enforcement.
All other parks traffic seems normal.

Any other takers?

Dave this is confirmed I listened to the feed that is on radio reference for Kent com and heard a denrec unit
