Hi murda, To listen to the different OPP detachments will require a digital trunktracker.

Check the WIKI for different brands and models: Category:Digital Scanners - The RadioReference Wiki
(That should say Digital , putting a : beside a D produces a :D )

This will require some $ investment, though.

You say you have all the freq's , which I am assuming is the Fleetnet site freq's for your local area.
Believe it or not, your "72" can pick up these Conventional repeater freq's:Ontario Provincial Police Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference, (that are province-wide) , if you are within a reasonable range to a highway they are patrolling or near a detachment. They are listed under the Fleetnet sites in the link.
They do use the CTCSS tones on those freq's but it isn't essential.
