Do Not Hear Paramedics

Did you not hear the paramedics talking back to the dispatcher/control on meds 9 462.950, 10 462.975, & 11 461.800 the Monmouth & Ocean Countries areas why??? Can anybody figure out why & please get back to me and it work everybody else on radio references of the new frequency they're talking back to the dispatcher/control. Thank you
