Just what is it that you can not program, I looked over the file that you sent me and it looked just fine. I know that you do not own a windows PC but I belive that there is a Apple program that will let you run win500 or any of the programs that will program your scanner and you can get it for free. If you need help with programing your scanner by hand then like Wayne H said here http://www.radioreference.com/forums/showthread.php?t=115209 Go create your own in the GRE forum. you have asked for help all over the place, just what is that you need help with ?
