TRX-1: DOA

Received my TRX-1 today. About half the keys feel mushy and don't click when pressed. The only key that works is the power. Very disappointed. Will Whistler exchange or repair it? Or do I send it back to Amazon?

Contact the seller on amazon, or amazon directly. Their return/exchange/replacement policies are pretty good. Never had an issue with having to return something I've purchased off amazon.

I understand the frustration though. Sort of a buzzkill on a weekend.

It depends I got my TRX-2 for a good price. It all depends.
