Does anyone have a 2011 Tahoe and a 396XT

I'm having some issues with my 2011 Tahoe and my 396XT picking up a machine-gun type sound when I'm monitoring CSX traffic in Central Florida.

Is there anyone else with a Tahoe that can experiment and see if they are getting the same machine-gun type sounds that I'm getting while monitoring RxR traffic?
