Does anyone have a 796d scanner in terre haute IN?

I am having troubles programming my scanner for talkgroups and fleet maps.

Hello Doozey,

Terre Haute Police use EDACS Pro-Voice digital which cannot currently be monitored with any scanner. On top of the Pro-Voice digital, all talkgroups are encrypted. There are, however, 2 analog police talkgroups:

384 03-000 A Sheriff - Simulcast of 155.5650 Mhz
432 03-060 A West Terre Haute Police Dispatch


The fire talkgroups are also analog. You will need to program the LCN's in correct order:

01 856.4375

02 857.4375

03 858.4375

04 859.4375

05 860.4375

Start LCN 1 in Channel 1 not channel 0 in your bank. Also, make sure you have the bank set to ED mode.
