Hi i was wondering if anyone has the current CSV file for marine Radio ?

You need to be more specific.
What radio?
What programming software?
USA, Canadian or International marine channels?
I assume you mean VHF FM. There are also MF and HF SSB and digital marine channels.

You can easily make your own .csv file for VHF by copying and pasting from

Chirp already has the US VHF marine channels in a stock config.
In the menu bar go to File>Open stock config.

it looks like it is the wrong Frequencies

Probably not. Chirp can program some Kenwood commercial models but I don't know if any of them are Part 80 certified.
