I am trying to broadcast my base scanner thru my computer to my phone. I got it working fine on computer using FREESCAN. Theres an app in Freescan , "Freescan server" and an app I got from a post here on RR called "RemoteFS". I just cant get it to connect to my phone. The problem is the field where it says to type in "IP or DNS name". I tried my IP but no good and I dont know what DNS is. Any body familiar with the app called "RemoteFS?" it doesnt have a help file so that sux.
