Does anyone know what happened in south brunswick on 4/28/12 at about 7:10 pm?

I saw south brunswick's traffic support unit truck out and then a police car, then after that riding down my street was a military truck!, on middlesex's ARES channel (146.895) was actually active,what the heck happened!
