It's possible.. it's the frequency of a computer aid dispatch. Do you know if a software like PDW work for this ?

It would be most helpful to know the date/time (in UT, preferably) of the signal and the frequency. It would then be much easier to identify the source...

This sounds similar to the data transmissions that the Geauga County Water Resources uses. Their water towers would periodically report water levels to a computer over a radio signal and then receive automated data responses that would cause pumps to fill (or stop filling) the towers accordingly.

We had a problem several years back where this data was being transmitted on a simplex frequency that we used for Fireground in the Geauga County system. The transmissions were then moved to a frequency that didn't interfere with our operations.

The signal you recorded may be that or another similar function.
