Does North Dakota have a state Agency for fighting fires?

I am visiting North Dakota and am interested
In listen to Fire Traffic, Here in California
We have CDF that response to fires on state lands
Dose North Dakota have a state Agency that goes
To fires on state lands or is all taken care of bye BLM
And what are some good freqs to listen too when I come
Too the state
