Unitrunker does not decode MPT1327

I think I set correctly everything .I don't know why it does not work!
Where is my fault?

It is working, you are seeing talkgroups.
It looks like you don't have a band plan set. your radio would tune (or try to tune) to 0.00000 (first part of your picture). You need to figure out the bandplan or correct each channel for the proper frequency.
