Does RR get credit for referrals to Scanner Master?

I am in the market for some new equipment in the near future, and might get some of it from Scanner Master. Does RR get any $$ for referring sales to them? If they do I will be sure to use the links off of RR.com (I know every little bit helps). If not, I won't bother.

Even if RR doesn't (I doubt it, but I'm not in a position to know), using the link should indicate to them that their advertising here is effective, and give them a reason to continue buying the ads. So why not use the link and give RR the credit.

It is unlikely that SM sends money to RR based on individual radio sales, but each time their ad is up for renewal, I'm sure they look at how successful the ad has been in the past. RR will continue to receive ad money from SM as long as they think it is a good investment. So buying equipment from SM indirectly does put money into the RR budget.

That is just my logical answer, only Lindsay can say for sure.

Even clicks on ads are counted. The website of the ad you click on records where you were referred from so it does not hurt to check out the ads on a web site you want to support even if you are just browsing and not ready to buy just yet.
