BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Does The BCD436HP DMR/NXDN upgrade still cost extra?

I'm looking into buying a BCD436HP but I got a bit confused when I found this: https://info.uniden.com/twiki/bin/view/UnidenMan4/DigitalMobileRadioUpgrade

We have finished the upgrade, and the firmware supporting DMR is now available using the normal firmware update process built into the Sentinel software. While DMR systems are not yet included in the Main Database, we expect to have that completed soon. Until then, we're keeping the DMR Upgrade price at $60.

Are they saying "once they've updated it" they will no longer charge the $60 for the upgrade? Or that once it's done the price will go up? I also don't see any dates on that page so maybe it's old information.

Page is old and they are still charging.

• Q: Do I have to pay for a separate upgrade for each scanner I own?
• A: Yes. We have to pay a royalty on each scanner upgraded, as well.

In 2018, Nxdn was 30, now its 60. In 2016, DMR was 50. Now its 60.
