Does the "Broadcast L/O" option in RadioFeed work with DSD+ Fast Lane, DMR?

Recently set up a feed for the local PD that uses DMR and I noticed the "Broadcast L/O" option in RadioFeed. I would like to continue listening to other frequencies but I also don't want to violate the TOS for Broadcastify. Would that option work or is that only a feature for physical scanners? Would it work for DMR conventional too?

Here's another question I have that I didn't feel warranted another thread - Is it normal for RadioFeed to only broadcast DMR? I never see the spectrum analyzer move whenever I hear an analog FM signal.

Ran some tests and have determined that the "broadcast L/O" ability in Radiofeed just isn't possible, at least not with DSD+. Might be possible with SDRTrunk? but I can't test it with one RTLSDR. Probably won't get another SDR for awhile because MARCs in my area isn't active to the point where I'm missing calls with just one dongle. I'll likely pick another up if my area becomes Simulcast or something. Though, I am wondering if SDRTrunk has better audio than DS Fast Lane. Voices on the MARCs system are quite muddy sounding - like someone's talking through a mask.

As far as RadioFeed broadcasting FM alongside DMR, it does work, just that FM is highly delayed - by up to 2-4 minutes. Strange considering DMR practically broadcasts within 1-3 seconds.
