Does the CSX trains go by in freehold NJ
and what is the Frequency is that

I don't know about if they are in NJ, but out west CSX doesn't have routes. Now, that being said, I have seen a rogue CSX engine on a UP power setup. Most class 1 railroads do tend to share engines with other railroads. These engines are tracked and the railroad using it does pay for it. What is great is when you see a "rainbow" of engines (several different company engines in a row).

It’s actually Conrail Shared Assets Operations. The Freehold Industrial Track’s last customer is I believe Prestone off Halls Mills Rd. Not sure on the frequency but I think it’s the same as the southern secondary.
