Does the ISP working the Toll Road have their own talkgroups on SAFE-T

My father-in-law, who lives near Elkhart, claims that in the past (prior to SAFE-T), the Indiana State Police Post that worked the Toll Road had their own frequency. Is this the case now? I can't find any SAFE-T talkgroups on RR related to the ISP on the Toll Road. Thanks.

Never mind, I see that the Toll Road is District 21. I found the TGs on RR.

This is the primary Toll Rd Freq. They rarely use SAFE-T yet.
It is in the RR DB under State Police

I hear them a lot on talkgroup 12272 here on the Lake County tower.
