Yes, Ch.02 153.905, NAC ABE is usually encrypted. Sometimes they use encryption on Ch1, as well.

Just for thought typically any new modern radio comes standard with a form of encryption so now days if it isn't heard on basis one can assume its capable and at press of a button.
