Does TxDOT have a trunked system?

I was doing some digging on the ULS and I did a geo search of Mason County and found this license. It is P25 emissions. Is this apart pf GATTRS (13E) or another system? I will hopefully be in Mason within the next few weeks and I can dig further but does anyone know what this license is for?

I never got a clear answer when I asked about it last year. I don't know if it's even on the air.

It's worth noting that they filed a buildout notification on July 2nd stating that the site was constructed on June 25th.

TxDOT doesn't own a trunking system. They do however own the licenses and equipment for several sites on both GATRRS and TxWARN.
