does the UPS Brown drop off Vans use Radios some some kind to Tell them They Drop off a Package ? and whats the Freq if They do? Just Wondering

No, this is all handled by the package scanners they carry in hand. They operate off of commercial cell phone data networks and automatically post package delivery data in the company's computer system. Fedex uses a similar system with their data.
