I have seen for a long time a listing for the Dollywood LTR system in the RR database.

I recently decided to try and monitor the system just to be curious and see what I
could hear.
I entered all the freqs listed in the database in the proper order as listed into
my bc780xlt scanner, nothing.
While I could hear stuff just listening to the 1st freq listed in the list, nothing ever
came through when trying to scan.
All freqs programmed into the scanner are set to LTR trunk and I have them starting
on channel one of the bank I have designated to use and set to LTR Trunking.
After not having any luck, I decided to check and make sure the freqs I programmed
are correct, they are according to RR database.
Then I decided to check the FCC database in case there was something I was missing.
This is the problem I am seeing, The RR database shows 9 freqs being listed in the
trunk system, but the FCC database only shows 5 as being used.
Has anyone successfully tracked this system using RR database information?
If so can you give me some insight as to what I am missing to be able to do so.
