Has anyone else had a problem getting emails returned from Don Starr?? In the past he has responded within a day or so. In the past two weeks I have sent him 3 emails without a reply. Has someone else taken over Starsoft?
Thats no excuse when it comes to taking care of a customer that has already paid for the product. I will say that when I bought Win96 I used paypal and had my registration info almost immediately.
Try the post office for your check, If the check has not been cashed becuase I would say Don did not get the check. I only tell you this is because the same mail man keeps losing my mail. I have regular bills not make it to my house and one time a bill I sent out did not make it.
