This questions comes up often.... so here are some answers and ways to resolve this issue.
First, many folks that send in a donation via paypal typically have different email addresses for paypal than the one they use for this site.
Also, some folks don't fill in their user information when donating, or enter in wrong (mispell) the username, causing problems for us to cross-referece their donation with their radioreference.com username.
Another common problem is users will donate and an older account that they have is credited, rather than a newer account (some folks have multiple accounts)
There are other issues with payapl that can cause a donating to be lost into the ether during the instant payment notification from paypal to us.
With all of this in mind, if you donated to the site, and did not receive credit for your donation, please send an email to webmaster [at] radioreference.com with the transaction number, your paypal email address, and your radioreference.com username, and I'll will address it immediately.
Thanks!
Lindsay
