I have a RR subscription. I am trying to import a system from the data base using ProScan. I click on Import RadioReference Web. I put my RR User Name and Password in and hit Connect and I get " The Remote name could not be resolved:' api. radioreference.com'. Is this RR problem or ProScan problem.

Should be down in the Software forum.

When this pops up, the person having the problem is often trying to use his/her email address &/pr password rather than their specific RadioReference user name & the password used for RR, It's likely a data entry problem, not with (specifically) ProScan.

Most likely it's on the user side. Add an exemption to your antivirus software. If that doesn't resolve it then reboot your computer.

A data entry problem will give a "Invalid User Name or Password". This is a "The Remote name could not be resolved" message. But that's okay. You're always very helpful and we appreciate it much.
